I have been going to six day since it opened and have lost 45lbs and I continue to go there to keep it off. The best thing about Six Day is CHARO...she Is the kindest sweetest lady and will always great you with a smile!!!

If you want to lose weight.. you need to come here. Staff is very friendly and caring. They offer great deals and a great selection of services. So much better than Dr. David Michelson in Oxnard. He is very very pricey and rude staff!!!

I have had the best experience there and the care and attention that Charo, the medical assistant there provides is always a joy to come in and see her. I have struggled with Weight problems my whole life and and because of Weight Loss 2020 I'm down 20lbs! Highly recommend!
